Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A weak ridge will remain in place from the
southeastern U.S. across the eastern Gulf waters through Sat
allowing for gentle to moderate winds and slight to moderate
seas. A tropical wave moving across the eastern Caribbean will 
impact portions of the southeast Gulf and Straits of Florida with 
active weather Sat through Sun, and a tropical depression could 
form there. 

.OVERNIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less,
building to 3 ft after midnight. 
.THU...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft. Scattered showers and
isolated tstms. 
.THU NIGHT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less,
building to 3 ft after midnight. Scattered showers and isolated
tstms.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure extends from the central Atlantic to
central Florida. A tropical wave and attendant winds, seas and 
weather will shift across the waters to the north of Puerto Rico 
and Hispaniola through Thu. A trough will continue to move west- 
northwest across the Bahamas Thu night through Fri night, then 
continue west- northwest Sat and Sun and impact portions of the 
Straits of Florida, South Florida and the southeast Gulf of 
Mexico. There is some potential for a tropical depression to form 
this weekend across that area.

.THU...E winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SE 5 to 10 kt N of 27N.
Seas 3 ft in the morning, subsiding to 2 ft or less. Scattered
