.SYNOPSIS...An upper-level disturbance will support scattered
moderate to locally strong convection across the eastern Gulf 
over the next couple of days. Gusty winds and locally rough seas 
will be possible near convection. Otherwise, a weak pressure 
gradient will maintain gentle to locally moderate winds and slight
seas through Thu. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...E winds 5 to 10 kt in the afternoon. Seas 2 ft
or less. 
.TONIGHT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
Scattered showers and isolated tstms. 
.MON...E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers
