Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will become established over the
north- central Gulf this weekend, with mainly tranquil
conditions expected throughout the basin.  

.TONIGHT...N to NE winds less than 5 kt, shifting to SE to S 5 kt
late. Seas 3 ft, subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.SAT...SW winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to NW in the afternoon. Seas
2 ft or less. 
.SAT NIGHT...N winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to NE to E late. Seas
2 ft or less. 
.SUN...NW to N winds less than 5 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SUN NIGHT...N to NE winds 5 kt, shifting to E less than 5 kt
late. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.MON...N winds less than 5 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.MON NIGHT...NE winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to E to SE late. Seas
2 ft or less.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A non-tropical area of low pressure could form along
a frontal boundary a few hundred miles off the southeastern U.S.
coastline this weekend. Thereafter, the low may develop some 
subtropical or tropical characteristics, and a subtropical or 
tropical depression could form early next week while the system 
moves generally northwestward toward the coast. Regardless of 
development, increasing winds and building seas will impact the 
waters near 31N by the end of the weekend into early next week. 
Gentle to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas will
prevail otherwise.

5 kt late. N of 27N, NW to N winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to SE
late. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 3 ft N of 27N.
