Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...The remnants of Helene continues to move NNW away
from the area. Strong winds and rough seas over the NE Gulf
waters will dissipate this evening. Light to gentle winds and
slight seas will prevail across the basin Sat through early next
week.  

.TONIGHT...S to SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms. 
.SAT...S to SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms. 
.SAT NIGHT...S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft. Scattered showers and
isolated tstms. 
.SUN...S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers
and isolated tstms.

.SYNOPSIS....Post-Tropical Cyclone Helene is near 37.5N 85.5W at
5 PM EDT, and is moving north-northwest at 15 kt. Maximum 
sustained winds are 30 kt with gusts to 40 kt, and the minimum 
central pressure is 984 mb. Helene will become extratropical on 
Sat and continue to move NNW while weakening. Strong winds and
rough seas N of 28N and W of 74W will continue through Sat.
Light to gentle winds and slight seas will prevail from Sun
through early next week. 

.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and S to SW 15 to
20 kt N of 27N. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Scattered showers and isolated
tstms. 
.SAT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and S to SW 10 to 15 kt
N of 27N. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Scattered showers and isolated tstms. 
.SAT NIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and S 10 to
