.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will persist across the Gulf of Mexico
through the forecast period sustaining mainly gentle to moderate
winds and slight to moderate seas. Winds will freshen up in the
NW Gulf on Wed and Wed night. A surface trough in the western 
Gulf waters will support scattered showers and isolated 
thunderstorms over the next few days. The storm activity will be 
further enhanced by a tropical wave that will reach the Yucatan 
Peninsula this evening and then move westward into the Bay of 
Campeche Tue.
