.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Depression Four is near 22.0N 80.7W at 5 AM
EDT, and is moving west-northwest at 14 kt. Maximum sustained
winds are 25 kt with gusts to 35 kt, and the minimum central
pressure is 1009 mb. Tropical Depression Four will move to near
western Cuba this afternoon, strengthen to a tropical storm over
the southeastern Gulf near 25.3N 83.9W late tonight with maximum
sustained winds 40 kt gusts 50 kt, then gradually strengthen as
it moves to near 27.5N 84.3W Sun afternoon, to near 29.1N 83.9W
late Sun night with maximum sustained winds 60 kt gusts 70 kt
and inland near 30.4N 83.1W Mon afternoon, and to well northeast
of the region through midweek. Otherwise, a weak ridge will
remain in place over the northern Gulf through early next week
allowing for generally gentle to moderate winds over most of the
basin.

N winds 40 to 45 kt, becoming SW to W 50 to 55 kt late. Seas 11 
to 19 ft. W of 87W, variable winds less than 5 kt. Seas 2 to 3 ft
in S swell.
.MON...TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS POSSIBLE. W winds 45 to 50 kt,
