.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Debby is well NE of the area over
eastern Georgia, moving NE and away from the Gulf of Mexico.
Strong winds and rough seas offshore northern Florida in
association with Debby will diminish today, as a surface ridge
builds into the region. As the ridge becomes more dominate,
gentle to moderate winds and slight seas will prevail for the
rest of the week.

.TODAY...W to NW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.TONIGHT...SW to W winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft in the evening,
subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.WED...W winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED NIGHT...SW to W winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU...W winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft in the morning, subsiding
