.SYNOPSIS...An upper disturbance will support scattered showers
and thunderstorms across the northeastern Gulf into Sat. 
Otherwise, a weak pressure gradient will maintain gentle to 
locally moderate winds and slight seas are expected through early
next week across the Gulf.

building to 3 ft after midnight.
