.SYNOPSIS...The outer rainbands of Post-Tropical Cyclone
Francine will continue over the NE portion of the basin
enhancing convection/winds/seas through Fri. High pressure will
become established over the north-central Gulf this weekend,
with rather tranquil conditions expected throughout the basin.  

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.OVERNIGHT...SW winds 5 to 10 kt after midnight. Seas 2 ft or
less. 
.FRI...W winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to NW to N in the afternoon.
Seas 2 ft or less. 
.FRI NIGHT...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to SE to S after
midnight. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SAT...S to SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SAT NIGHT...E winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to SE to S after
midnight. Seas 2 ft or less.
