.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Helene is well inland near 35.1N
83.8W at 11 AM EDT, moving north at 28 kt. Maximum sustained
winds are 40 kt with gusts to 60 kt, and the minimum central
pressure is 975 mb. Strong winds and rough seas over the NE Gulf
waters will dissipate this afternoon into tonight. Light to
gentle winds and slight seas will prevail across the basin Sat
through early next week.

.THIS AFTERNOON...NW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft in E to SE
swell. 
.TONIGHT...W winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.
