.SYNOPSIS...Developing low pressure over the southwest Gulf will
support moderate to fresh winds across the northern Gulf through
Sun. Looking ahead, the low pressure may develop further as 
moves to the northeast across the central Gulf into early next 
week, to the south of a frontal boundary moving into the northern
Gulf. The low may develop into a tropical depression or storm 
through the early to middle part of the week as it moves into the
eastern Gulf. Regardless of development, increasing winds and 
building seas are forecast including behind the frontal boundary 
with thunderstorms increasing in activity and potentially 
impacting most of the basin.
