.SYNOPSIS...Major Hurricane Milton is near 21.8N 89.9W at 11 PM
EDT, and is moving east at 8 kt. Maximum sustained winds are 145 
kt with gusts to 175 kt, and the minimum central pressure is 914 
mb. Milton will move to 22.3N 88.6W Tue morning, 23.5N 86.7W Tue 
evening, 25.0N 84.9W Wed morning, 27.1N 83.3W Wed evening, inland 
to 28.6N 80.9W Thu morning, and 29.4N 77.6W Thu evening. Milton 
will weaken as an extratropical cyclone over the Atlantic at 30.3N
69.5W late Fri. Meanwhile, 1004 mb low pressure is near 26N83W 
along a stationary front stretching from near Cape Coral, Florida 
through the low to 26N87W. Fresh to near gale force winds and 
building seas are north of the front. The low and front will 
slowly shift east- southeastward through Tue. Conditions should 
improve across the basin by the end of the week.
