.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate NNE winds will dominate much of
the basin through today ahead of a cold front forecast to move
into the northern Gulf tonight. The front, followed by fresh to
strong N to NE winds and rough seas, will reach the Florida
Straits and move E of the area Wed night into Thu. Fresh to
strong winds will start to diminish late Sun.  

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.TODAY...W winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...W to NW winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming NE to E 15 to
20 kt after midnight. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED...NE winds 20 to 30 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft. Scattered showers
and isolated tstms. 
.WED NIGHT...NE to E winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 7 to 10 ft in NE to
E swell.
