.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pressure over the central U.S. extends
southwestward into NE Mexico this afternoon, producing moderate
N to NE winds over the Gulf waters. This high pressure will
shift slowly eastward through the middle of next week, resulting
in moderate E to SE winds late Sun into Tue, becoming SE to S
Wed and Thu. A new cold front will approach the NW Gulf on Thu.
