.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to strong winds will prevail across the NW Gulf
through the rest of the week and into part of the weekend. Seas
will be moderate. In the central and eastern Gulf, moderate to
fresh winds are expected through Thu and will increase to strong
by Thu night. Moderate to rough seas are expected especially in
the later half of the week.
