.SYNOPSIS...A trough will develop over the western Gulf tonight
and eventually become a frontal system that will move across most
of the basin. As a result, fresh winds will prevail across the 
NW Gulf through the rest of the week through Sat. Seas will be 
moderate. In the central and eastern Gulf, moderate to fresh 
winds are expected through Thu and will increase to strong by Thu
night. Moderate to rough seas are expected especially in the 
later half of the week.
