.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending from the Upper Florida Keys 
to the the northeast Yucatan Peninsula will stall and dissipate
through tonight. Low pressure will form off Texas Sun, then will
lift into the lower Mississippi Valley through Mon, accompanied
by fresh to strong winds and rough seas over the northern Gulf
into mid week.
