.SYNOPSIS...1009 mb low pressure over the coast of Texas near
Baffin Bay will lift northeast through the early part of the
week, dragging a cold front into southern Gulf through Tue
night. Fresh to strong wind and moderate to rough seas will
follow the front. The front will stall and become diffuse over 
the southern Gulf through mid-week. Looking ahead, winds and seas
will diminish Thu as high pressure builds over the northern 
Gulf.

.TODAY...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered
showers. 
.TONIGHT...E winds 15 to 20 kt, shifting to N after midnight.
Seas 4 to 6 ft. Scattered showers and isolated tstms.
