.SYNOPSIS...1010 mb low pressure off the central coast of Texas
will lift northeast through the early part of the week, dragging
a cold front into southern Gulf through Tue night. The front 
will stall and become diffuse over the southern Gulf through mid-
week. Looking ahead, winds and seas will diminish Thu as high 
pressure builds over the northern Gulf. Looking ahead, expect
fresh SE to S return flow over the northwest Gulf by Fri as the
high pressure shifts east.
