.SYNOPSIS...A cold front moving across the SE Gulf this evening
has exited the basin and now extends from the Straits of Florida
across the Yucatan Channel and into Belize. Fresh to strong
northerly winds and rough seas currently follow the front E of
86W. Winds and seas will gradually diminish from west to east
through Tue morning. High pressure will slide eastward across
the northern Gulf Tue through Thu. Looking ahead, expect fresh
to strong southerly winds and building seas across the basin by
Fri, ahead of a cold front moving through the Southern Plains.
