more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS...A weak and mostly dry cold front will move off the
Texas coast this morning. The front is expected to reach the
southeastern Gulf tonight. Fresh northerly winds west of the
front will diminish Fri afternoon as high pressure builds in the
wake of the front. Southeast winds are expected to increase
slightly over the central and western Gulf starting Sun.
