Active Systems:
The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical 
Depression Nadine, located inland over northern Guatemala, and on 
Hurricane Oscar, located near the Turks and Caicos Islands. 

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected over the next 7 days.
