For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W:
1. The remnant low of Tropical Depression Ten-E, located around 1025
miles southeast of Hilo, Hawaii, is producing disorganized showers
and thunderstorms. Environmental conditions will be marginally
conducive for development as this system tracks slowly east and then
north during the next couple days. Conditions will become
unfavorable for development early next week as the system moves
slowly westward.

* Formation chance through 5 days...low...30 percent.
Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected during the next 5 days.
