ZCZC MIATCDAT3 ALL TTAA00 KNHC DDHHMM TROPICAL STORM LISA DISCUSSION NUMBER 54 NWS TPC/NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL 5 PM EDT SAT OCT 02 2004 SATELLITE IMAGES INDICATE THAT LISA HAS BEGUN TO BECOME EXTRATROPICAL WITH THE CONVECTION LOCATED TO THE EAST OF THE CENTER...WHICH IN FACT IT IS DIFFICULT TO LOCATE. THIS PROCESS SHOULD CONTINUE AS LISA MOVES TOWARD THE NORTHEAST ABOUT 25 TO 30 KNOTS. LISA WILL LIKELY BE DECLARED EXTRATROPICAL TONIGHT. IT SHOULD BECOME ABSORBED BY A LARGER FRONTAL SYSTEM IN 24 HOURS OR SO.
