THIS SPECIAL ADVISORY IS BEING ISSUED TO INCREASE THE INITIAL AND FORECAST INTENSITY OF ALMA AND TO ISSUE NEW HURRICANE WATCHES AND WARNINGS FOR THE WEST COAST OF CENTRAL AMERICA.
