THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER IS ISSUING ADVISORIES ON TROPICAL STORM GRACE...MOVING RAPIDLY NORTHEASTWARD OVER THE NORTHEASTERN ATLANTIC. 1. A TROPICAL WAVE LOCATED ABOUT 950 MILES EAST OF THE WINDWARD ISLANDS IS MOVING WEST-NORTHWESTWARD AT AROUND 15 MPH. SATELLITE IMAGERY INDICATES THAT THIS SYSTEM IS GRADUALLY BECOMING BETTER ORGANIZED...AND SOME ADDITIONAL DEVELOPMENT IS POSSIBLE BEFORE UPPER-LEVEL WINDS BECOME LESS FAVORABLE IN A COUPLE OF DAYS.
