ALTHOUGH THE ASSOCIATED SHOWER AND THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY HAS INCREASED THIS EVENING...IT REMAINS POORLY ORGANIZED DUE TO STRONG UPPER-LEVEL WINDS. DEVELOPMENT...IF ANY...IS EXPECTED TO BE SLOW TO OCCUR AS THIS SYSTEM MOVES WEST-NORTHWESTWARD AT ABOUT 15 MPH.
