CONDITIONS APPEAR SOMEWHAT CONDUCIVE FOR DEVELOPMENT DURING THE NEXT DAY OR TWO AS THIS SYSTEMS MOVES WEST-NORTHWESTWARD TO NORTHWESTWARD AT 5 TO 10 MPH.
