A NON-TROPICAL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM CENTERED ABOUT 700 MILES EAST OF BERMUDA IS PRODUCING CLOUDINESS...SHOWERS AND GALE FORCE WINDS MAINLY TO THE NORTH OF THE CENTER.
