FOR THE NORTH ATLANTIC...CARIBBEAN SEA AND THE GULF OF MEXICO...

1. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE WESTERN CARIBBEAN ARE ASSOCIATED
WITH A TROPICAL WAVE. ALTHOUGH UPPER-LEVEL WINDS ARE NOT CONDUCIVE
FOR DEVELOPMENT...THE SYSTEM COULD PRODUCE HEAVY RAINFALL OVER
PORTIONS OF CENTRAL AMERICA AND SOUTHEASTERN MEXICO AS IT MOVES
WEST-NORTHWESTWARD AT AROUND 10 TO 15 MPH DURING THE NEXT TWO DAYS.
THIS DISTURBANCE HAS A LOW CHANCE...NEAR 0 PERCENT...OF BECOMING A
TROPICAL CYCLONE DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS. 

ELSEWHERE...TROPICAL CYCLONE FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED DURING THE
