FOR THE EASTERN NORTH PACIFIC...EAST OF 140 DEGREES WEST LONGITUDE..

THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER IS ISSUING ADVISORIES ON TROPICAL
DEPRESSION BLANCA LOCATED ABOUT 720 MILES WEST OF THE SOUTHERN TIP
OF BAJA CALIFORNIA.

1. AN AREA OF DISTURBED WEATHER IS LOCATED ABOUT 900 MILES SOUTH OF THE
SOUTHERN TIP OF BAJA CALIFORNIA.  DEVELOPMENT...IF ANY...OF THIS
SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO BE SLOW TO OCCUR AS IT MOVES WESTWARD NEAR 10
MPH OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS.  THERE IS A LOW CHANCE...LESS
THAN 30 PERCENT...OF THIS SYSTEM BECOMING A TROPICAL CYCLONE DURING
THE NEXT 48 HOURS.

ELSEWHERE...TROPICAL CYCLONE FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED DURING THE
NEXT 48 HOURS.
