FOR THE EASTERN NORTH PACIFIC...EAST OF 140 DEGREES WEST LONGITUDE..

THE REMNANTS OF TROPICAL DEPRESSION AGATHA AND A BROAD SOUTHWESTERLY
FLOW OF MOISTURE CONTINUE TO PRODUCE LOCALLY HEAVY RAINS OVER
PORTIONS OF SOUTHEASTERN MEXICO...GUATEMALA...EL SALVADOR...AND
WESTERN HONDURAS. THESE RAINS COULD CAUSE LIFE-THREATENING FLASH
FLOODS AND MUD SLIDES...ESPECIALLY IN MOUNTAINOUS AREAS.

ELSEWHERE...TROPICAL CYCLONE FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED DURING THE
NEXT 48 HOURS.
