FOR THE EASTERN NORTH PACIFIC...EAST OF 140 DEGREES WEST LONGITUDE..

THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER IS ISSUING ADVISORIES ON TROPICAL
DEPRESSION TWO-E LOCATED ABOUT 50 MILES SOUTHWEST OF PUERTO
ANGEL MEXICO.  

1. THE LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM LOCATED A FEW HUNDRED MILES SOUTH-SOUTHWEST
OF MANZANILLO MEXICO CONTINUES TO SHOW SIGNS OF ORGANIZATION...AND
ONLY A SMALL DECREASE IN THE UPPER-LEVEL WINDS COULD RESULT IN THE
FORMATION OF A TROPICAL DEPRESION. THERE IS A HIGH CHANCE...60
PERCENT...OF THIS SYSTEM BECOMING A TROPICAL CYCLONE DURING THE
NEXT 48 HOURS AS IT DRIFTS WEST-NORTHWESTWARD.

ELSEWHERE...TROPICAL CYCLONE FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED DURING THE
NEXT 48 HOURS.
