FOR THE EASTERN NORTH PACIFIC...EAST OF 140 DEGREES WEST LONGITUDE..

THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER HAS ISSUED THE LAST ADVISORY ON
TROPICAL DEPRESSION TWO-E...WHICH DISSIPATED OFF THE SOUTHERN COAST
OF MEXICO THIS MORNING.  THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER IS ISSUING
ADVISORIES ON NEWLY FORMED TROPICAL STORM BLAS LOCATED ABOUT 265
MILES SOUTH-SOUTHWEST OF MANZANILLO MEXICO.

1. AN AREA OF DISTURBED WEATHER ASSOCIATED WITH A TROPICAL WAVE IS
CENTERED SEVERAL HUNDRED MILES SOUTH-SOUTHEAST OF THE GULF OF
TEHUANTEPEC.  DEVELOPMENT...IF ANY...IS EXPECTED TO BE SLOW TO
OCCUR AS THE SYSTEM MOVES SLOWLY TO THE WEST-NORTHWEST.  THERE IS A
LOW CHANCE...10 PERCENT...OF THIS SYSTEM BECOMING A TROPICAL
CYCLONE DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS.

ELSEWHERE...TROPICAL CYCLONE FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED DURING THE
NEXT 48 HOURS.
