THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER HAS ISSUED THE LAST ADVISORY ON TROPICAL DEPRESSION TWO-E...WHICH DISSIPATED OFF THE SOUTHERN COAST OF MEXICO THIS MORNING. THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER IS ISSUING ADVISORIES ON NEWLY FORMED TROPICAL STORM BLAS LOCATED ABOUT 265 MILES SOUTH-SOUTHWEST OF MANZANILLO MEXICO. 1. AN AREA OF DISTURBED WEATHER ASSOCIATED WITH A TROPICAL WAVE IS CENTERED SEVERAL HUNDRED MILES SOUTH-SOUTHEAST OF THE GULF OF TEHUANTEPEC.
