CLOUDINESS AND THUNDERSTORMS ASSOCIATED WITH A BROAD AREA OF LOW PRESSURE CENTERED ABOUT 400 HUNDRED MILES SOUTH OF THE GULF OF TEHUANTEPEC IS BEGINNING TO SHOW SOME SIGNS OF ORGANIZATION. HOWEVER...ADDITIONAL DEVELOPMENT IS EXPECTED TO BE SLOW TO OCCUR AS THE DISTURBANCE MOVES WESTWARD OR WEST-NORTHWESTWARD AT 10 TO 15 MPH.
