SATELLITE IMAGES INDICATE THAT THE LOW PRESSURE AREA LOCATED ABOUT 135 MILES SOUTHWEST OF ACAPULCO MEXICO HAS BECOME BETTER DEFINED THIS AFTERNOON. CONDITIONS APPEAR FAVORABLE FOR ADDITIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND THIS SYSTEM COULD BECOME A TROPICAL CYCLONE AT ANY TIME TONIGHT OR FRIDAY. THERE IS A HIGH CHANCE...80 PERCENT...OF THIS SYSTEM BECOMING A TROPICAL CYCLONE DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS AS IT MOVES WEST-NORTHWESTWARD AT ABOUT 15 MPH.
