A BROAD AREA OF LOW PRESSURE LOCATED ABOUT 325 MILES SOUTH-SOUTHEAST OF THE SOUTHERN TIP OF BAJA CALIFORNIA CONTINUES TO PRODUCE A LARGE AREA OF DISORGANIZED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS. ANY DEVELOPMENT OF THIS SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO BE SLOW TO OCCUR DUE TO UNFAVORABLE UPPER-LEVEL WINDS THAT ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT DAY OR SO.
