A VIGOROUS LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM LOCATED ABOUT 225 MILES SOUTH OF EL SALVADOR IS PRODUCING WIDESPREAD CLOUDINESS AND SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS. ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS ARE CONDUCIVE FOR FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF THIS LARGE DISTURBANCE AS IT MOVES WEST-NORTHWESTWARD AT 5 TO 10 MPH.
