CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO BE FAVORABLE FOR ADDITIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF THIS DISTURBANCE OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS AS IT MOVES WEST-NORTHWESTWARD AT 5 TO 10 MPH.
