THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER IS ISSUING ADVISORIES ON TROPICAL STORM DANIEL...LOCATED ABOUT 625 MILES SOUTH-SOUTHWEST OF THE SOUTHERN TIP OF BAJA CALIFORNIA. 1. DISORGANIZED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS LOCATED SEVERAL HUNDRED MILES SOUTH-SOUTHEAST OF THE GULF OF TEHUANTEPEC ARE ASSOCIATED WITH A BROAD AREA OF LOW PRESSURE. SLOW DEVELOPMENT OF THIS SYSTEM IS POSSIBLE OVER THE NEXT FEW DAYS AS IT MOVES WESTWARD AT 10 TO 15 MPH.
