THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER IS ISSUING ADVISORIES ON HURRICANE MIRIAM...LOCATED ABOUT 430 MILES WEST-SOUTHWEST OF THE SOUTHERN TIP OF BAJA CALIFORNIA. 1. SHOWER ACTIVITY ASSOCIATED WITH A LARGE AREA OF DISTURBED WEATHER LOCATED SEVERAL HUNDRED SOUTHWEST OF ACAPULCO MEXICO HAS BECOME A LITTLE BETTER ORGANIZED. SLOW DEVELOPMENT OF THIS SYSTEM IS POSSIBLE DURING THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS AS IT MOVES NORTHWESTWARD TO NORTHWARD AT ABOUT 10 MPH.
