THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER IS ISSUING ADVISORIES ON TROPICAL DEPRESSION ROSA...LOCATED ABOUT 1045 MILES SOUTHWEST OF CABO SAN LUCAS MEXICO. 1. A WELL-DEFINED LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM LOCATED ABOUT 330 MILES SOUTHWEST OF MANZANILLO MEXICO CONTINUES TO PRODUCE A LARGE AREA OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS OFF THE SOUTHWESTERN COAST OF MEXICO. SOME DEVELOPMENT OF THIS SYSTEM IS POSSIBLE TODAY BEFORE UPPER-LEVEL WINDS BECOME UNFAVORABLE FOR DEVELOPMENT BY MONDAY.
