THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER HAS ISSUED THE LAST ADVISORY ON COSME...WHICH HAS DEGENERATED TO A REMNANT LOW PRESSURE AREA LOCATED SEVERAL HUNDRED MILES WEST OF THE SOUTHERN TIP OF THE BAJA CALIFORNIA PENINSULA. 1. A DISORGANIZED AREA OF DISTURBED WEATHER CONTINUES SEVERAL HUNDRED MILES SOUTHWEST OF ACAPULCO MEXICO. UPPER-LEVEL WINDS ARE FORECAST TO BECOME MORE CONDUCIVE FOR DEVELOPMENT OVER THE NEXT FEW DAYS...AND THIS SYSTEM HAS A LOW CHANCE...20 PERCENT...OF BECOMING A TROPICAL CYCLONE DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS AS IT MOVES SLOWLY WEST-NORTHWESTWARD OR NORTHWESTWARD.
