ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO BE MARGINALLY CONDUCIVE FOR DEVELOPMENT DURING THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS BEFORE UPPER-LEVEL WINDS BECOME UNFAVORABLE BY THURSDAY.
