THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER IS ISSUING ADVISORIES ON TROPICAL STORM RAYMOND...LOCATED SEVERAL HUNDRED MILES SOUTH-SOUTHWEST OF THE SOUTHERN TIP OF BAJA CALIFORNIA. TROPICAL CYCLONE FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS. OTHER SYSTEMS WITH FORMATION POTENTIAL BEYOND 48 HOURS... AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE COULD FORM SEVERAL HUNDRED MILES SOUTH OF THE SOUTHWESTERN COAST OF MEXICO IN A FEW DAYS.
