ZCZC MIATWOEP ALL TTAA00 KNHC DDHHMM TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL 500 AM PDT WED OCT 30 2013 FOR THE EASTERN NORTH PACIFIC...EAST OF 140 DEGREES WEST LONGITUDE.. THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER IS ISSUING ADVISORIES ON TROPICAL DEPRESSION RAYMOND...LOCATED SEVERAL HUNDRED MILES WEST-SOUTHWEST OF THE SOUTHERN TIP OF THE BAJA CALIFORNIA PENINSULA. 1. A LARGE AREA OF DISTURBED WEATHER IS LOCATED A FEW HUNDRED MILES SOUTH OF THE COAST OF SOUTHERN MEXICO. UPPER-LEVEL WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO BECOME MORE CONDUCIVE FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THIS DISTURBANCE IN A COUPLE OF DAYS WHILE IT MOVES GENERALLY NORTHWESTWARD AT 5 TO 10 MPH. THIS SYSTEM HAS A LOW CHANCE... 20 PERCENT...OF BECOMING A TROPICAL CYCLONE DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS...AND A HIGH CHANCE...60 PERCENT...OF BECOMING A TROPICAL CYCLONE DURING THE NEXT 5 DAYS.
