For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

1. A broad area of low pressure located several hundred miles south of
southeastern Mexico has changed little in organization this evening.
Environmental conditions are expected to become increasingly
conducive for development of this system during the next few days as
it drifts northward toward the Gulf of Tehuantepec.
