Central East Pacific (EP94): Showers and thunderstorms associated with an area of low pressure located a little more than 1000 miles southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula have increased during the past several hours. Environmental conditions appear marginally conducive for some additional development of this system, and a tropical depression could form during the next couple of days while it drifts generally northward.
