For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on newly formed
Subtropical Storm Debby, located a little more than 1000 miles west
of the Azores.

Tropical storm formation is not expected over the next five days.

and under AWIPS header MIATCPAT4.  Forecast/Advisories on Debby are
