ZCZC MIATWOAT ALL TTAA00 KNHC DDHHMM TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL 200 PM EDT MON AUG 3 2015 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: 1. A weak area of low pressure located over northeastern Florida continues to produce a large area of disorganized showers and thunderstorms across portions of central Florida and the eastern Gulf of Mexico. Upper-level winds are not expected to be conducive for development as this low moves northeastward at about 10 mph near the southeastern United States coast during the next day or so. Regardless of development, this system is expected to continue to produce heavy rainfall and flooding across portions of central and northeastern Florida through tonight.
